Welcome to tworiversgallery.ca...Please take a minute to review our Terms and Conditions. Your visitation and use of our website means that you have read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this site.

Shipping - We will ship worldwide. Cost of shipping and handling rates will apply to each order, plus 5% cost of goods fee which includes insurance on shipped items as well as time and material spent in packaging. Packages will be insured and shipped by Canada Post.

Damaged Goods - Two Rivers Gallery will not be responsible for any damage due to shipping. Package insurance is available at a very reasonable price and the recipient of the goods should note any damage BEFORE signing the package. Every effort is made to package items properly for shipment to the desired destination.

Exchanges - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange goods provided the merchandise is returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at brigid@tworiversgallery.ca  BEFORE returning any merchandise and you will be emailed a Return Receipt Form. Items being returned must be unused and accompanied by a Return Receipt. Ship goods insured, as we will not be responsible for any missing returns. S&H on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Colours - Due to the variation in computer monitors, colours may not appear onscreen exactly as they are on actual item. There will also be slight variations in each piece due to the hand made quality of items. This adds to the "one-of-a-kind" appearance of each piece. Every effort is made to choose items that closely represent each piece shown.
