The state-of-the-art Two Rivers Gallery, which opened in July, 2000, is the perfect venue for your event.Whether you are booking a formal dinner for 50 guests, a cocktail reception for 125, or a corporate meeting for 10, we have a beautiful space to fit your needs!
Guests can mingle and delight in the Gallery's architecture, exhibitions, and gift shop before enjoying a buffet and cocktails, listening to speakers, or simply gathering together for a wonderful and unique experience!

*The Entire Building can be rented when the gallery is closed to the public.
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings.)
All other rooms/spaces are available for rent provided the rental does not conflict with the Gallery's exhibition and programming schedule.
** Canfor Galleries rentals are negotiable upon rental of the entire facility. The following restrictions apply:
- No drink or food will be allowed in the Canfor Galleries.
- The size of the group may be limited.
- Additional fees will include: 1 member of staff, 1 security guard, and 1 docent.
*** Photographs Only for weddings, graduations, proms, etc. during business hours only. Includes use of staircase, lobby and galleria. 24 hour notice is required.
****Tour Guides $55 for the first 10 people and $5.50 for every additional person.
General Guidelines
- 50% down payment and Visa or MasterCard number must be received upon booking and final payment is due on the day of the event.
- All after hour bookings will require a security guard- the gallery will book the guard at an additional expense.
- Prior to the event, the Director or appointed representative will ensure that all arrangements and guidelines are understood.
- The renter is liable for any damage or injury during their occupancy of the premises.
- Alcohol is allowed on the premises provided the renter complies with the rules and regulations set forth by Liquor Control and Licensing. A liquor license is required and is the responsibility of the renter. The license must be posted and in open view.
- All renters are required to tidy up premises, i.e. remove all items brought to gallery and discard of all garbage. An additional day's rent will be charged if the space is left untidy.
- Arrangements for catering, china, cutlery will be the responsibility of renter. The Two Rivers Gallery does not provide these services.
- The above rental fees do not include special supplies, cleanup or extra security costs.
